Which design should I use?

I made these 2 designs and I'm not sure which one to use. I'm going for a web 2.0 look, something inviting and professional but not too professional. It also has to be marketable. Please give me feedback and let me know which design I should use, thanks everyone!

Well i think they are both great, but the second one wins my vote.
