Your order?

    What is the order you do things when starting?

    Mine is:
    1. Layout
    2. Skins
    3. Mods
    4. Posting
    5. Getting friends to sign up
    6. Open
    Depending on how long all that takes, that is how long it takes for me to finally open up. What is your order?

    I usually go

    1.Install/Upload
    2.Edit Design (somtimes I leave til 3 or 4)
    3.Invite close friends to have a look quick comment
    4.Attempt to get domain depending how happy i am with the site and think it will work or not
    5.Open to the public (advertise)

    Install and then decide. I guess it depends on the forum software. I'd leave skinning last, though.
