I personally havent found an alternative to Adsense , Ive heard people saying that Adbrite are good but i think it very much depends on what niche you are in.
Haven't used anything except adsense. I feel more than ok with the content "injection" - after carefully finding suitable sites, I often even cut off or lower the common bids, and focus more on the content ad placement, and it works just perfect - effective on the RoI/conversion and all.
There are many different PPC systems can not only famous, but still ... I personally decided to try PPC BizzClick.com , many webmasters are encouraged. That, and stopped on this system. The high bids, by the way the minimum are also quite high, good support and payment of weekly ... And with what traffic you work?

for me the best would be the one who pays me good ,even if my site doesnt have more traffic but adbrite and clickbank are good i suppose , havent tried actually just read few reviews about it
The best you can earn with PPC is Google adsense because of it's vast advertisement and network. Other ppc program are there but not paying like adsense and what I heard for other programs that they are not paying even.Are you looking if you want make a more money then Go to webmaster forums - they have a list there "also I heard imerchant.com/webmaster.cgi pays up to 10 cents per click" thanks
