1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

Xp and Linux help

    can someone help me i installed Linux on my laptop and now i want to go back to xp but every time i put in the xp disc and reboot it freezes at the configuring setup screen and i have no idea how to get xp to install so please help me,

    Try a different copy of XP CD.

    I had a similar issue in the past and it was my XP CD which was the issue. I tried a different one and it fixed the problem.

    By the way, did you not like Linux and what version are you using?

    Use the linux installer CD to delete the linux partition and make a new one in FAT32. (Not sure if any linux installers can make NTFS partitions).
    Then use the windows CD to install to the new blank FAT32 partition.

    Check your XP cd it might have got some problem. Try to use another one and if still there is a problem then repartition your hard disk and then try to install it. If you want to keep both XP and linux, first install XP and then install linux.
