WTH- Forum's leaders

I'm looking for some leaders for my board in order to increase activity, so basically what i need is people with good background on SEO, Coding, Design, Hosting (and not only) in order to start helpful and interesting threads, I don't need "plain" posting services and of course i need people with perfect English. Mine is a long term offer so please don't ask about my budget...instead (in the case you are interested) please reply with your asking price and samples of what you can do 8)
