What has been your worst downtime? How long?

For AU, it was probably 15 minutes.

Not that kind of downtime, downtime as in your host's server is down and your website won't show up.

I would be too, but I don't know, if it was for a regular upgrade, I might give them a little slack, but still 2 hours is a LONG time to be down.

Ya..I was pissed off too...especially since they didn't call me or send out any emails to any of the customers on that server...The chat operators were kinda slammed that day because of that. And that's how I found out about it. I usually just check my emails and help out every now and then when they need help.

Oh Lord, this one free host I was with once, was down for over a week once. I am not sure what the issue was, but their main site was down and everything. Ironically, when they finally came back online, everything was revamped. It was likely an upgrade, but members were never emailed about it or anything, and it was quite a long time.

Oh well, when you go with a free host, you get what you pay for I guess. :/

That was the entire point. You pay nothing, you get exactly that...nothing. I dunno that is was phrased the best, but that was the point of it.
