I was just thinking about that the other day when I say a google adwords ad with GOOGLE advertising on it! It had the "pet stick" advertisement, I believe for adwords. Yahoo probably will not crush google alone. Bing probably will not crush google alone. But combined Bing + Yahoo? Is that possible?
I think that will simply make both sides better. Harder competition will make google better and indexing / crawl debth will have to grow on Microsoft side.
Nope, yahoo and bing together are no problem for google. And why is that? Because too many people make too much money off of google adsense. Google has youtube, blogger, adsense,,,, and a lot of other stuff. Yahoo and Bing offer no service that can compare to youtube, the youtube partner program or adsense.
As far as i can see they should study more to beat G since it was on top and will keep on upgrading their system. However, we should not close our doors in any possibility that Yahoo and Bing can do, who knows one day they will defeat Google.
In current circumstances is seem impossible that google would be crushed by any search engine or by mutual combination of some SE Groups
I wish they would. I like both services better then Google. Yea google pays more and is more popular but it could be a lot better and a little fire under their butts wouldn't be too bad!
