XML Sitemap is used for Search Engines. XML sitemap includes links to every page of your website. HTML is used for both users and search engines. We recommend to use both because both of them are useful.

In my opinion most websites should have an HTML sitemap. Why? For two main reasons: it helps search engines crawl and understand your site, and it helps human visitors browse your site more efficiently.

A XML sitemap protocol is specifically intended for search engine spiders. At its root, XML is a file that includes all the behind the scenes activity on a web site.
