I have earn over $400 from JustHost affiliate. I tried Hostgator but up to now I haven't been paid. I have to be careful to read their terms though. JustHost will pay no matter what as long as the buyer you're recommended makes the purchase but some other affiliates have certain rules which are very strict. So I would recommend JustHost, They pay much sooner as the revenue is easy
