Usually, you might not want to include all page contents in your RSS feed. It only a clue or digest for your site contents, IMO. It would be really helpful for marketing your products after you submit your feeds to many RSS directories.

    Have a nice day,

This is true. Only placing your headlines and such in a RSS feed usually works fairly well. You don't want to include every single bit of detail in your feed. Otherwise people could just watch your feeds and have no reason to visit your actual site.

Yes, that's correct. I believe one of the RSS feeds I am currently using is set to refresh every 15 minutes. You can usually change that to however long you would like.

RSS (most commonly expanded as Really Simple Syndication) is a family of web feed formats used to publish frequently updated works—such as blog entries, news headlines, audio, and video—in a standardized format. An RSS document (which is called a "feed", "web feed"or "channel") includes full or summarized text, plus metadata such as publishing dates and authorship. Web feeds benefit publishers by letting them syndicate content automatically. They benefit readers who want to subscribe to timely updates from favored websites or to aggregate feeds from many sites into one place. RSS feeds can be read using software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader", or "aggregator", which can be web-based, desktop-based, or mobile-device-based.

RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it.
Once you have your Feed Reader, it is a matter of finding sites that syndicate content and adding their RSS feed to the list of feeds your Feed Reader checks. Many sites display a small icon with the acronyms RSS, XML, or RDF to let you know a feed is available.

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". Submitting RSS feeds is a good way to increase your subscribers, visitors who visit the concerned directories may enjoy reading and thus decide to visit the parent websites. Advertising your RSS feeds can actually help your search engine rankings, both inadvertently and directly.

In the ‘old days’ of the web to keep track of updates on a website you had to ‘bookmark’ websites in your browser and manually return to them on a regular basis to see what had been added.

Rich Site Summary (RSS) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Several news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSSFeed to whoever wants it. RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web. It allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in.

An RSS feed is provided by a publisher who wants to allow their readers to easily get updates when new content is added which falls within the scope of the feed. Instead of requiring readers (or even worse, software) to constantly check a web site and look for changes, having the RSS feed URL gives readers the ability to see updates in whatever RSS reading software they choose.

So RSS provides a single URL that summarizes content–maybe blog posts, search results, tweets, or videos. But the actual code for an RSS feed is standardized so that the same software can read a Yahoo Answers search feed and an ESPN news feed.

In lame language = RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a technology that easily allows you to receive updates from web sites, library databases and other online resources all in one location.
For example:- you have a web site and you have plenty of pages you cannot update to your all user that you have posted new comment go through it on page 3 or 6 or 9. A smart person will check your RSS and he can see all you’re updated from one location.
