    Read lots and learn from the other pro's around the web, it takes time and dedication . Be open minded and dont be scared to test your own theory's too

    Funny question. Start offering SEO services, experiment with your own sites.

    You can easily create a subpage on your website, and try and get it to rank on the keywords of your choice. You can also check out SEO related resources, such as the SEO Tutorial at Brugbart.

    Basically, you have to consult the net for the tips and advice from the SEO Expert then read an article regarding SEO's and follow what they say because its their experienced what they talked there. Lastly, do a research with regards to this because SEO evolves from time to time.

    To became seo expert o0r any expert you have to practice and try to make your learning curve as little as possible.
    But SEO means also that you constantly have to upgrade.

    Go to blogs and do some reading, from basic to expert. Join and visit some SEO meetups. They are free and will boost you with ideas.
    Do some practice pages and try not do to destroy ranking of some existing site :D
