I used to use avg antivirus for years. But i saw that it conflicts with windows defender. After some search on the web, finally i use avast with windows defender. Both are working fine!

I have used Nod32.I think it is the best anti virus to use because it does not slow down your computer. Its performance is very good.

i would rec kasper sky, i used it with windows 7. as a trail version, found it to be very good. doesnt slowed down any processes, (well some times it does). i think it better to use windows 7 to get rid of new viruses. there isnt a signle antivirus that works for all the viruses. so better to use an operating system that is safer. hope i have been helpful.

I prefer using NOD32 Anti-virus. It is up to date and it is very convenient to use.

Avast! is a great free antivirus. But if you want to pay for a commercial one, I recommend Kaspersky and you can read about them kaspersky [dot] com.
They've been around for a while and in many of their tests, they catch more threats than Norton does.

I use Avast and the new Microsoft Security Essentials thingy, both seem to work well enough together. But then again I'm not stupid enough to download, run and install free_porn.exe

I am using Norton Internet Protection, however latest test from av-comparatives show Avira is a great antivirus to use. Free also..
