Weight Loss Without Dieting
Diet is one of the most important step for you to loss weight. So I don't think we should disregard this.
no matter how much you eat, exercise and workout is the best and first option for weight loss without dieting.. this is recommended by many dieticians and doctors

"Drink water" those who drank the water lost about 15 1/2 pounds, compared to only 11 pounds for those who did not drink the water.
This is the best answer. I know how people feel lazy to workout and exercise. They have time to drinks, party, watch movies, but no time for exercise? really sad!
