Warez Index hosting

    I wonder, warez indexing is just pointing users to rapidshare or megaupload. which you weren't hosting on your host. How is that count as illegal? It's like animesuki. they're only linking to other page. they didn't get banned. what's the different with warez indexing?

    and, any idea on good warez hosting?
