Use Captcha system in your blog to make sure real people and not bots are commenting on your site. Example, a simple math puzzle--what's 2 + 2?-- and so on. It can also protect your site and to prevent an abuse or resource expenditure of those spammers.
Other site used a multiple human inputted captcha to be sure that they will not going to spam by those so called automated spammers.
