There are many usefull articles in the internet.
Is there any laws against using one of those articles in ones own website or blog, provided the writers deatils are listed clearly saying something like "take from an article by joe blogs etc etc"?

I'm not sure. I think the way it works is that you have to have express written permission from the article writer to reproduce their article anywhere. Even if they've already given you permission to put it on your site, to put it on a different site I think you need to talk to the writer about it first.

I'm soooo smart....:) Have you considered hiring a content writer? I know one guy that writes articles for $5.00 each, and they're pretty good. Plus you own the rights to the article, so you could use it anywhere you wanted. There are lots of people out there that write pretty good stuff that are willing to submit to sites for free for credit for the writing and a link back to their site.

Another advantage to Jump's suggestion is that you have a sort of unique content if you have your own article created for you.

Here's a link to the thread at DP http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=222012

I didn't check into this guy, but just make certain that he is giving you 100% original articles, and not copied articles. He seems to be pretty honest, there have been a few situations where refunds were requested, and he gave them.

It right their are too much articles exists on the Internet.
But if we used Copied articles it would be difficult to take rank with copied articles even with Article owner signature.

Becoz too much peoples used same articles in blogs or site. But its create little confussion for Search Engine and may be our site black listed.

So, always use fresh articles or re-write articles in your own words. Also, changed the keyword too.

I think copywriter is best for all this.
