I like the new look for triphp and its amazing new features but I kinda like how easy it is to navigate with the old version. I missed the recent posts that's displayed on the sidebar which I think is also SEO friendly. I found this recent activity page ->http://forum.triphp.com/recent-activity/. For me, it's a lot convenient than the What's new? page but the link to recent activity is not easily available in the forums unless you go to your profile.

Good for the change, I guess I just need to get used to it.

    Hi Adam,

yes I've been busy with a lot of work for my growing company, just got the chance to check out some forums that I used to be active on, and noticed that you had redirected sitereviver here. Certainly a great thing you've done with the place here.

Been a big supporter of the Xenforo project since inception.

Nice to be back.. don't think I've been on here since February 11'

In all honesty there wasnt a single reason specifically , Xenforo is much easier to administer/moderate, much more light weight and doesnt take any where near as much resources as vbulletin CMS which is what we were running before. So the server is much better off for it .

There was also the suspicion that it would be alot better for SEO because of how fast it is and how much better coded it is. So far i would say it is on par with vbulletin + vbseo, im not sure i would say its better yet but its still early days and the xmas period really messed up the stats to be able to tell whether it was a natural drop of because of the change over.

Over all im glad i did it because the place needs a good clean up and a fresh start, consideration of blocking a number of countries again from registering is in my mind currently in an attempt to phase out the short crappy , broken english rubbish that is filling the place at the moment.

Whether i would convert my other boards yet...........im not sure.

That was what I noticed too when I joined. Yet I'm impressed that triphp is in top shape. I think your idea of blocking new members from some countries is good but hopefully we don't loss activity from it.

Whoa! It's been a long while since my last visit. Yes could say it's a good move. Nice interface.
A quick question ... "Why is my username changed to "wolrdtour"? Though I registered using the username "MrSS"".
