I believe outsourcing a website is a good idea to save money especially when you are in USA/UK or west Europe. There are number of small companies in India, Pakistan and UAE doing lot more better job, but you need to check the standard of work not only the name of country and company, before you out source. As a programmer I would not like to outsource when I would get just work done but no programming standards maintained
