i used siteexplorer to check backlinks and i have anoher one backlinkwatch but it has limited links to be view.

I really like YSE for a quick check for backlinks, but by far the best tool for this imo is SEO Spyglass

did you ever yahoo site explorer with yoast that is deadly combination to know about your link.

google catch only few quality backlinks and showing these link only.
but i can use google webmaster tools and yahoo also for check backlinks.
both are best

yahoo index all the pages which include inner pages. when you check on yahoo you see lots of index pages available on the yahoo search.

I don't Know about yahoo back link checker.

Backlinks watch is tool that you can rely on for chekcing backlinks. i mu self perosnlly use it for checking back links.

Yes. This is the main reason why I still prefer to use Yahoo Site Explorer than Google Webmaster Tools.
