    Hi,

You need to create a sitemap for your site and sign up a Google webmaster center account with Google firstly.
Then, do according to the guidance in your Google webmaster center would be OK.

    Have a nice day,

If as ptgengye said above submit it to google webmaster tools , you can also submit it to yahoo from the site explorer page , If you are using any CMS like wordpress , vbulletin, joomla etc you can install mods which make the sitemap for you

After creating sitemap you should create an account in google webmaster tools, where you will find option to submit sitemap. You can create XML or HTML sitemap for your sites.

    Thanks

Create xml sitemap and upload the sitemap.xml file to your server and log in google webmaster account. click the sitemaps link shown on the left side. Then check the sitemap.xml option and click the submit selected option.

Add the sitemap location to your robots.txt file, that will submit your sitemap to all of the search engines that index your site.

Depending on what kind of content management system or forum your using, get yourself a sitemap generator script. Dont mess with those sites that make the sitemap for you. Just about all of the ones I have tried time out, and only give you like 500 urls in a sitemap.

Some hosting providers provide utilities via their web control panel, to create your sitemap, so you should always check with your provider first. If this service is not available, then make a visit to xml-sitemaps.com and enter your site URL into the generator box. Copy-and-paste the resulting sitemap into notepad, then save-and-upload to your site with the file name: sitemap.xml

If you want to validate the XML prior to uploading to the search engines, look at the XML validator where you can put in the URL of your sitemap and check it against the standard.
