    as info hypnosis is not magic,it works for me although it not instance,I was spend $500 to follow trough hypnosis season every afternoon 2 hours a day for a week,it works for me

    when i quit smoking i take help from chewingums. when i felt need of cigg i took out chewing from my pocket. i know its difficult in starting but its a better way to control on yourself.

    You can't just stop smoking in a snap! I used to smoke for about 2 years, i smoked for about 5-10 cigars a day. Since i wanna quit it, i limit myself for smoking for 1 stick a day. There are medicines that can help you to stop smoking, ask your doctor about it, as far as i know there's a bit nicotine content in the medicine so that you satisfy your nicotine from your body system but it is harmless for you. For some reason,finding cigar as a form of our stress-reliever, i would say, find another forms of stress-reliever like going to gym, listening to music, play PSP or watching movies.

    I tried Nicorette for a while but didn't help me at all, I was chewing gum and smoking like a pig when working for a website or something related. On Monday I shall try again, though I don't see how I'll succeed. :D

    Oh yeah, i have heard about that and i think its so funny people sipping a cigar like that. Imagine they smoke nothing but the sensation of cigarette is still there but it still funny. lol

    First you have make up your mind that you have to quit it,you need to be fully prepared for it.secondly don't try to quit it at times when your stress levels are high as you will not be successful and most probably will start smoking again making lame excuses.[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

    smoking is so injurious for heath. its take not too much time from smoke occationaly to a chain smoker. you must go to consult a doctor for this.

    I think the best way to stop smoking is that you should consult the doctor who is specialist in treating addicted person or you can stop smoking by chewing sweets it really works. I think these things will effect only when you are really willing to stop smoking. This couldn't be done without having willingness.

    i used to be a smoker not a chain smoker but it was pretty bad. i quit two years ago and have never looked back.
    just thought i would share that

    Follow these guidelines to stop smoking habit :
    - Ask yourself why you want to stop smoking.
    - Write your answers on a piece of paper and carry it with you.
    - Use it to remind yourself of why you want to stop, whenever you feel like smoking.
    - Fill out a "stop smoking contract" and have a family member or friend sign it. Throw away all your cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays.
    - Change your schedule to avoid circumstances in which you usually smoke. Walk around the block or chew gum when you would normally be smoking.
    - Put up "no smoking" signs in your house and work area, and even in your car.
    - Prepare yourself to feel the urge to start smoking again. The American Cancer Society suggests four ways to deal with the urge to smoke: delaying, deep breathing, drinking water and doing something else.
    - Carry around "mouth toys" such as candy, gum, straws and carrot sticks.
    - List the good things that have happened since you stopped, and keep the list with you wherever you go as an inspiration.
    - Reward yourself for quitting; you could take the money you might have spent on cigarettes and buy yourself something nice.

    You cannot recieve proper deliverance from lust of smoking, until unless you will not take a strong decision to release from your life whether you have any kind of medicine to leave it.......

    i quit smoking like 5 years ago, i had to tell all of my friends that 'i don't smoke' in order to get them off my hook. stop smoking pays off!

    It's really difficult to quit smoking..But its not impossible we must learn self control. Coz it's d only thing which can get you rid of this habit.

    It's all in the mind dude, if you think you wont smoke everything will follow but if you keep insisting your habit it will be back again and again. Its just a matter of motivation.
