I just wanted to know what happens if I use a trade mark in my domain name... for example: seo4google.com, or any other trademark.

The company can stole my domain name, because I'm using the name? What if I own a domain for 10 years, and after that my domain name will became a trade mark?

    How does it work?

They can take the domain from you providing the domain is registered with in the term of their trademark has been in place, So basically google Setup their trademark last year and you registered your domain 2 years ago you will be fine .

Well, like River said before, If the domain was registered before the trademark, you will be fine.

I hope that I will never have this kind of trouble :) I don't want to lose any domain :D

Actually in that situation i would think that google's lawyers would pull out the whois info and see that you transfered it after the trademark was inplace and then take the domain, Basically it has to look like that you originally didnt buy the name to compete with google etc, so some one buying it at a later date couldnt say that.

See I think they should still have to pay you for the domain because you got there first no?

I already have bad experience with yahoo. So I suggest you sell your domain to any other guy if you want good benefit.
