Staff incentives

    Do you give your staff members incentives to do your job?

    I don't at the moment don't because my staff do a good job at what they do.

    Not unless there slacking hard. If there working up to their abbility's and I dont have to make to much changes to the forums. And I agree on almost all ban's reported. I don't do anything to them...

    i might give them a little more ACP permissions if they are good.

    but if they slack, i take away permissions, and possibly demote.
