1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

    You could try this
    html {
    text-rendering: optimizeLegibility !important;
    -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased !important;
    }

    It works for me (Chrome and Safari). FF and IE renders smooth fonts by default, I think (at least that’s how it appears)

    You can create cufon by using this java script -
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/cufon-yui.js"></script>
    Tell cufon to replace the font for the specified selectors
    <script type="text/javascript"> Cufon.replace('h1, h2', { fontFamily: 'TitilliumMaps26L', hover: true }); </script>
