Since this is a webmaster forums, we want to recognise webmasters who design a special website, wrote a brilliant content or just did something fantastic with their website or a client't site.
It is quite easy to enter, all you need to do is give us a description of what you did for example you design a fantastic site, describe it in not less than 150 words and you could be Webmaster Serve Site of the month.

Hey this is such a cool contest. I like the $100 cash prize. I don't have a webmaster related site. So, I am sorry that I can't enter this contest. I should have made atleast a forum on webmaster related topics. I wish best of luck to Riverwire and MasterWeb for their Sites and forums.
