Singular keywords and plural keywords, both ranks differently on search engines. I think, Google consider two different keywords for singular and plural keywords. Which keyword (singular and plural keyword) is good regarding SEO ranking? And, does it matter which one you target?

Its doesnt matter whether the keyword in singular or plural. More the keyword search will give good ranking it depends on the word that are searched in Google.

This purely depend upon the keyword search, before targeting and keyword (Singular or plural keywords) we must check its Global and Local Monthly search in Google Adword Tools. Singular keywords and plural keywords are considered as different keywords and plural keywords have more searches then Singular keywords.

Yes google considers the singular and plural form of keywords as two different keywords. I advise you to work for the plural form of keywords and automatically your site will get ranked for singular form of keywords also.

Yes they both are different. i suggest to do deep keywords research before you select keywords for your landing page.it's too important which keywords need to target and which does not.

Yes you right, plural keywords have more searches then Singular keywords. I have checked in the Google adwords tools. I think, If we get ranking on a plural keywords, then we will get ranking on singular keywords itself. What do you say?

It is quiet possible but if the search term is pretty competitive, then you will need to work on it as well. Product or service wise, it differs a lot.

I worked for one of my client site for plural form of keyword. The keyword is "waterproofing services". It automatically ranks for the singular form of keyword "waterproofing service" But the ranking differs by 2 or 3 positions.
