SEO Consulting Contract Templates

Hi Everyone,

I'm just launching a new SEO consulting business and I was wondering if there are any recommendations on consulting contract templates. I'm planning on having a lawyer review it prior to consulting, however in an attempt to keep legal bills under control, I would like to have the contract largely put together prior to meeting with the lawyers.

Any suggestions on resources? I'm not having much luck on Google! :~
