screen resolution

    im very new to designing websites im actually trying to make ebay templates. have designed a few and trying to turn them into html but how do i make it so they work for people with different screen resolutions?
    btw am using dreamweaver 2004

    You can upgrade the software then check 4 the changes.May be there is some problem in the old version of the dream viewer.
