I)A business without a website is equivalent to a person without an identity. The World Wide Web is a huge encyclopedia of information, but it has also become a way to
validate your business. If you currently have a business, whether it is online or offline, you will need a website to advertise effectively.
The best designed websites will promote your business on the internet, to everyone from your point of view. A good website will also highlight the reasons a customer
should choose you over your competitors. You can also announce sales and build a newsletter mailing list for all of your loyal customers.

Nowadays people tend to solve their problems online. It's much more easier and faster. So if you're not available online, your business will loose possible clients for sure.

Having your business in online can help you to gain more profit and people these days are very much dependent to online, they can find what they need in a single click. It much easier to find a business who can see websites specially if they have a site map.

I think websites are essential for most businesses now as people want to buy online and get stuff delivered instead of wasting time in roaming around to buy them.

    Hello
Web Design, as design in general, is subject to changes and trend influences. Words like “fresh, modern, innovative” seem to conquer the world of design while artists strive to discover new directions. Websites are different: objectives, resources and users are the factors shaping the profitability of a site. For a site to be successful, designers need to go ahead of the rules. Breaking the rules is not a problem. Not being able to find something on a website is. The truth is that web design is not easy. There are several factors shaping the web layout and the architecture of a site, some see them as rules, others believe there are no rules at all. Yet, as far as business websites are concerned, there are some guidelines.
    About Us and Contact Us
The role of a business website is to represent a company and its products on the web, describing the company’s objectives and providing enough information for the users. Users want to know who they are dealing with. The “about us” area should enclose general information about the management team, company history and company philosophy. This is also the right place to display photos of the team and the managers for a simple reason: pictures enhance credibility, as people believe that you are not trying to hide.
Some websites show within the “about us” category maps and addresses for the company, while others use a “contact us” area where they display contact forms, phone and fax numbers or department emails. For some users there is nothing more annoying than being forced to fill in long contact formularies or registrations. Try to avoid such practices. Let your users decide if they want to fill in all the details or if they’d rather save some time and fill in a short form. Provide options, be flexible.

The web site should be nice, contain relative information, clean, and professional looking web pages to attract and make people know about us. It's so easy to design a web site which is nice, clean, informative and professional also. The difference between the fresher and the expert is that he may miss some small but vital features which will give a nice appearance to our web page. The essentials of a good web design are:

The first thing that has to be kept in mind for the procedure of designing a web page is the text, navigation tools, general design, links etc., helpful for the beginners.

It is a creativity work done along with some basic tools so that the text is not over written by the background. The font size should be normal allowing an unstressed reading. The article should showcase the idea for which it is written, the clarity of subject should be their.

Text and images in the web page should be properly added so that it matches the text. This can be done through the powerful website designs. It must have a balance the texts and the images.

Steering is a constant process; it acts as a clue where the sightseer is so it should be clear and correct. If some frames are used then they should not interfere with others. In case site is too long then site map can be used to get particular information.

    Hi Friends

The main purpose of businesses big or small is to run at a profit and make money. With the tremendous development of the Internet in recent years the Business Website has become a handy tool for the success of many a business.
    1) A professional looking business website adds credibility to your business and can impress a website visitor even if yours is a comparatively small business.
    2) Projecting a good image is of vital importance for your business and having your website address in your Business Cards, Letter heads, e-mails and all other correspondence material certainly will do just that.
    3) Full information of your business activities and images of products and prices can be displayed making it very convenient for your regular customers and website visitors.
    4) You can regularly update your website with the latest information about your products and services. It is much quicker, easier and cost effective to update a website than print based media. Furthermore all special promotions and discounts can be regularly displayed to attract new customers.
    5) It is very much cheaper and economical to advertise your products as compared to that of the media such as the TV, Radio and the Press.
    6) Testing of new products can be easily undertaken in your website without resorting to a market survey which is expensive. By having a poll or a questionnaire in your website, you can easily obtain the response of your visitors and customers about all your new products.
    7) By using proper keywords and optimizing the content of your website your business can be made searchable in the Internet thus bringing more visitors to your site and increasing your sales.
    8) The presence of a website saves a lot of time and effort for both the business organization and customer. Businesses can direct most inquires about products and prices to their website for information. The customers too could in turn browse the website from the comfort of their homes as and when it is convenient for them. This is in fact a win win situation for the customers and the businesses concerned.

    Have a nice day

Though your business might work only from 9.00 to 5.00, your website will be accessible to customers right round the clock 24/7, accepting orders locally, nationally or even globally thus vastly increasing the profitability of your business The present day life style is quite different from what it was some years ago. Time factor plays a major role in today's life style. Customers who work late hours can take advantage of this and make their purchases online thus increasing your sales.
Testing of new products can be easily undertaken in your website without resorting to a market survey which is expensive. Hello to all

Websites and electronic communication provide businesses with competitive advantage. Properly planned, designed and implemented a website should pay for itself and providing a return on investment. Websites provide companies with large customer bases the ability to communicate more effectively.
A website hosted on a reliable, commercial web server has the advantage of being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. By providing detailed product information, logically organized and well written customers are able to access information about new products, latest price lists, special promotions. Contact details are easily accessible and the website provides new business opportunities because people can search for your product and service using search engines, which index webpages.Websites can also collect customer information and allows customers to sign up and order products and services. The need for administration is reduced. Customers can also download forms, find information without having to telephone.Targeted Mailing Lists allow businesses to keep employees, customers, shareholders and investors up to date and maintain communication.News on holiday trading times, sales, discontinued or new lines can be published online.

In this day and age a website is an absolutely critical part of company's marketing and sales efforts. A website offers a 24/7 portal to market products/services to your customers, process transactions and cultivate leads as well as other more specific tasks.

These benefits listed above combined with the low overhead costs of $5-50 dollars per month. I can't think of a better ROI.
