Recommend a Host Provider

This thread is for you to recommend a Host Provider.
Please no self promotion here.
When you recommend please support with reasons why.:

I would gladly recommend bpweb.net I have been with them now as my main hosting provider for about 4 years and have NEVER had downtime. They are NOT cheap, they do NOT use cpanel or plesk, in fact their backend is as clunky as mister clunk on clunky Sunday, BUT they are as reliable as it gets.

UK based, UK IP adress (Physical location).

I also have reseller accounts with :~
Xilo who are good (also UK based)
Clook who are also UK based and good
Reseller zoom (us and ok I guess but what do you expect for under $10 a month reseller )
Incognito networks, again under $10 so you get what you pay for.

a couple of my other businesses have a managed server with hosteurope (123reg/pipex) (leave well alone their support staff are crap)

A self managed server with fasthosts (again don't touch with someone ELSE'S bargepole let alone your own )
