    To be honest bud unless you are very lucky that someone really needs that domain i would imagine you might get your money back maybe a little more if your a good salesman :) .net TLD's arnt that great especially when the .com is already taken.

    If your serious about domain brokering then you'll need to really think about how you are going to do it .For example domains with backlinks, aged domains , domains with PR .

    New domains arnt really worth it unless you really do find a good one that no one else has snapped up.

    Personally i dont by anything else apart from .com, .tv and .co.uk. The only time i have another TLD is if ive brought a ready made site

    I dont think the actual name is worth too much, but then again it might be. You could try to flip it - install wordpress, build a few backlinks, add some content and put it up for sale.

    I could see using that name as a adult humor site, something like the "Real Bull Sh*t". Add some adult jokes, adult humor videos and put it up for sale.

    @Riverwire: Thanks for your advice. I shall keep in mind to buy either a .com domain or a .co.uk domain name in future.

    @Kev: I shall do exactly, as what you have said. Moreover, we can use this domain name for a Real Estate website. What say, new ideas are welcome. I guess an adult site shall work this time with my domain name.
