What it is, you probably are aware that i buy and sell websites. Well there are some bargains out there that all they need is re-design to add value to them.
What I need is a good person in graphics/design/css etc to do that part of the process.
The purchase and hosting ie costs will be down to me. Profits from the sale will be split.

Oh, so kind of an internet fix and flip type program......I hope that you find someone and make a ton of dough.
