I have never tried any of those, but looks interesting and would love to try later. I heard that one of Google factors are pointing at the size of a site and of course would like to know the size of my site if it pass the Google standards.
I use SubmitExpress Meta Tag Analyzer to check the page size and other website SEO factors. It's free and web based.
I used it just a while ago at this site: HTML Page Size Test - SEO Site Checkup , it gives me an update about my page size, composition and download time then it offers advice on how to improve page load time. Not that bad!

There are a most useful firefox addon for the same which can tell you the size of page and server speed also

I do also use some online tool for this, but I only use them one time to check each of my web pages loading performance. It would help webmaster minimize too many large file size images or graphics on there web pages which is bad for user experience at slow internet connections.

Page size is also one of the factor to calculate page rank and It will impact on keyword results. Home size should be below 40Kb and Internal page below 30Kb
