PR sculpting used no-follow tags to prevent the passing of link juices coming to one site going to other site. It is a way of controlling the robots to hoarding a sites PR so that there will be no PR leaks occur.
I think PageRank sculpting is the act of optimizing your pages to flow PageRank from your highest PR pages through to your most important internal pages while shunting PR from unimportant pages by directing Google to no longer crawl or index those unimportant or irrelevant pages.
It is a process by which you try to change how page rank flows within your site with the help of no follow relation.
In my point of view, Page rank sculpting is nothing but page rank flows from one page to another with inbound links which adding pages to page rank and outbound link which leaking it. By structuring the links, you have influence on how the page rank will spread on website. This is known as Page rank sculpting. This only I known.
PageRank sculpting, which is the process of using the nofollow attribute internally to change the PageRank flow among different pages. The objective is to give more PageRank value to some pages (the ones that sell something, for example) at the expense of less important pages (the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, for example).
I do not think so PR sculpting works anymore because I have tried on many sites after waiting PR update I did not receive hike on PR.
