According to me, it's important to know the kind of the site, such as e-commerce, business, music, forum etc..
and i'll search for the other sites regarding the requirements.

I think it'll give us some idea about our site, like how it should be and shouldn't...

    Hello, guys.
I completely agree with what was mentioned about the wevsite, would like to add that the content of Web pages, web design graphics and colors, the font size to enhance the website, but make sure that the page will also work in regular text.

Always include a web design alternative text to the graphic elements, as some users turn off their graphics to make the website load faster.

Web Design: Reduce the text to a minimum. Many people are turned off to a page full of text.

Use web design styles such as headings and subheadings to organize the content and make sure styles are used consistently.

Use horizontal lines to visually separate sections of the document.

Use appropriate background and font colors.

Be sure to consider thoroughly the navigation of your website when you make a design. Navigation should be easy to understand and the links should be simple to use. If they are not the people may be frustrated and give up. You could lose them all together if it's too complicated, time consuming or confusing.

I agree,I would add.. CONTENT! While it is important that your website looks clean and professional, it is far more important that you concentrate your content.

Yes, the navigation should be user-friendly. The visitor must easily see or find the page they need to look for.
