I would have thought that advertising locally in newspapers , restaurants, holiday shops etc with business cards would be a good way to promote the Air Port Transfer side of things , Then if you do usual Taxi routes at night then Advertise in Kabab / Food shops , give night clubs your card etc. Most clubs are keen to disperse people from the area as fast as possible after closing so they will call any taxi rank they can to get people taxi's .

From an Online point of view , if you have a website then again focus locally first , so target the keywords that you think people in your local area will type into google and work on the sites SEO to rank for the keywords

    Agree with Riverwire.

Another tip: I think you might do deep research of your competitors firstly and generate some useful keywords for use on your site, of course, mainly focus on local market. For keyword research, I recommend you use Google adwords keyword tool and input your original keywords to generate a new list. Do remember to switch the engine to UK. :)

    Wish you succeed,

An interesting thing I noticed was that I notice taxis that are a different color than normal taxis more often. Just something I noticed :)

I recommend traditional marketing method. It is more effective than online although online can also help.
