    If there are 3 websites of same IP, shall i exchange links with all three?
    some say that Google thinks of of same-IP websites as one unit only.
    Is it true?

    Personally i wouldnt but many do, it depends on more factors like whether those 3 sites are of good authority or whether they are worthless links

    I think you can as long as they are related to your website and have a good reputation as individual websites.

    If your link exchange partner offer you a High PR reciprocal page, most of webmaster doesn't offer that especially the PR of your website is below to PR of your link exchange partner.

    For me, it depends on how many outbound links their sites has and of course their pr. If I found that it's worth to link exchange for, then why not.

    You can do link exchange if the site quality is good and related to your site theme.
    Check the quality of site and do.
