Nazia, I think you try to ask this problem on vbulletin forum

I am sure they will have the answer for this.

Please don't be sad, these kind of problems often happen. You should be strong and understand it and try to get out of it sensibly :)

    Good luck

    Hello Nazia :)

It looks like the software is not installed properly. It happens to the best people out there. Try reinstalling it. I hope it resolves. Don't give up on such small issues! Don't be sad. Cheer up:):

Sometimes, what seems like a mountain of problems is just only a little hurdle that can be easily ovecome. Write to the proper authorities or ask on as many forums. You will surely get help. You'll also make it easier for others who are facing the same type of problems. I know I haven't given you the proper tech answer, but I want to say here that psychology plays a big part. Don't get bogged down by hurdles. Try to find answers as you have rightly done here. Remember, problems either break you or they make you. Keep smiling.

No, it is installed correctly. Well, probably. What you need to do is go to your admin panel, expand the vBulletin Options tab, click on vBulletin Options. You will be presented with a menu of items that you can select from. Look for "Style and Language Settings" in the menu, and double click. You will be taken to a new screen, scroll down and look for "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" and select "YES", click save, and you will be good to go.
