1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

    What do you think IPS's reaction to vB 3.7, then later on vB 4.0 will be? They are making a lot of innovations, what will IPB do to stay up to speed?

    I really have no idea. The step up from 2.1 to 2.2/2.3 really shocked the BB community and, for a time, it was ahead of vBulletin (at least in the flashy looks good sense). I think they will wait to see what vBullein has to start with, then make further decisions based on that.

    I think that the only advantage that IBP could have over vB is that it's free. Otherwise vB is better.

    Yes well, in my opinion vBulletin is better than IPB.

    I am not sure really, certainly VB is more well known for major boards
