I hate what Im about to say but :

I think I prefer IE to firefox these days, I find FF crashes alot and always has a few bugs I.E Sometimes it messes up with javascript, like blog comments..

I started to use IE for a couple of days and it really does seem that little but quicker, smoother and easy on the eye.

Do you think windows might be slowly getting ahead of the game ;)

AFAIK, IE always had most of the market share for browsers and still does, with FF creating some good competition. IE has more security holes and also takes liberties with processing code in non-standard ways. I would say try Chrome, then Safari then Opera. If none of those work for you then use IE as a last resort.

I am using Firefox for many years. It is very fast , secure and more customizable. It offers improved advanced online protection against online bad guys.It also helps to avoid online scams, unsafe transactions and forgeries with simple site identity.

On my laptop I stuck to 3.0 instead of 3.5 and on my desktop I have 3.5. I find 3.0 to be a little more stable.

Can't believe what I am seeing here. Firefox will win against IE in every sort of benchmark. If FF is crashing for you, then there must be something wrong with the installation, your PC etc.

Firefox is the best browser out there. There is simply no competition between FF and IE.

Only IE8 is a better browser, the new IE 8 is simply the best better than all the earlier IE versions and even better than chrome and opera and all the browsers in the market.

I think a lot of webmasters here might end up having all browsers. Sites need to be tested for compatibility. Speaking of compatibility, some sites I visit don't seem to work in FF. If that's the case I open up a different browser.

I generally use Mozilla Firefox than IE. As it is new and having more add-ons than the IE. Also it has more features than IE.

I will say that Firefox is better than IE. As firefox is quick and safer browser; also it has more add-ons and features than the IE. It is free and open source browser. It has features like tabbed browsing, spell checking, incremental find, live bookmarking, a download manager, private browsing, location-aware browsing based on Google service and included search system that uses Google.
