You legally cant, however you can also buy whois protection which will cover up your personal details to the general public

I think it is free to protect your registration information these days. You only need to tick some options within your hosting control interface. :)

    Have a nice day,

yes... they need to enter their personal details but the details can be confidential from public.

just need to mention the details as a customer ..... for the seller

else you can buy from any reseller they can give any preferred domain ..... here the details would be of the registrar not of the domain user.

Form a company, and then have the company buy the domain name. Your just an employee or contractor of the company and there is no need in releasing your personal information.

You always need to provide your information to your registry company. Companies like Name.com and NameCheap offer a privacy protect option which lets your information not be shown to the general public.

However if papers were filed for a legal case, your information may be turned over still.

Same with domain guard, domain anonymous, whois privacy and so on where the company acts as a proxy for you and if they an email they will auto forward to your admin email.
