If you just want to take a shot of the caption you can see on your screen you can press the "Prt Sc" button on your keyboard and then paste the image into a graphics program or if you would like to take a full size screen shot of the entire length of the page you can use this addon for Firefox :

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/screengrab/

Another method would be to use a service like : http://browsershots.org/

You just have to press the 'Print Screen' key on the keyboard, paste in paint and then save! Another option is having a 'FireShot' add-on on Mozilla Firefox browser.

There is an easy way for that:
    1. open the page in question.
    2. using your right elbow press the right shift button
    3. using your right index finger hold the button 9 from the non-numeric part
    4. using your right middle finger press and also hold the button 8, to the left of 9
    5. with the thumb of the same hand press the right side Alt key
    6. with your small finger hold the backspace
    7. now, using your left hand just press left Shift key and with your nose press PrtSc ( Print Screen )
Hope you didn't lose your sense of humor meanwhile !
Don't forget to paste the screenshot in your favorite image processing program, after "print screening" it.

I agree with this reply, this is a great option for taking screen shot of your monitor scree, you can take screen shot of every program that is showing in the same time on your monitor screen and paste it on any image editing program like paint.
