Just be yourself, show him that you're different from the other girls that he have met but don't make things too obvious because he might think that you're the one who makes the first move.
Same with guys.. but its not actually seducing. It's normal.. if you want someone. Didn't you even have the experience before that if a girl is special to you, you also want that person to be into you.
But why would you like them to fall for you. If you liked them, just go and ask them out. I literally cant wait for the girls to fall for me. My disappointment level is quite lower fortunately.
You cannot "make" anyone fall for you. But, if you attract them or if you spend time with them, then a relationships can develop naturally, it seems.
