How to increase traffic

Hello there, just I entered in seo for my site. I am doing some of the off-page work like

• Article submission
• Directory submission
• Social Book marking
• Blog commenting

But I didn’t get even minimum traffic. Now what I do? Actually I am having non commercial site only (futurecamping.com). Anybody please suggest me, how to increase traffic to my site. Is there new tactics available?

Try join any Social Networking Site like Facebook and Twitter. Those two are best for traffic maker of your website. Just promote your website in any those 2 Social Networking Site but don't spam.

Use Google keywordtool external https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal so that you can pick a right keyword for your site, choose keyword who is high in searches but low competitive so that you can link build it better and will get a great SERP eventually.

I think only off-page seo work would not make your site go on top of Google. You should also do on-page seo. The most important factor of on-page one is the title tags. Using your keywords tactically there.

1.You can instantly increase your traffic by using Google PPC Pay Per Click advertising.
2.Make sure your web site is optimized for internet traffic by looking for keywords that are searched for the most by using a keyword research tool
3.Try StumbleUpon and add your site to your favorites.
4.You can try article marketing at an article submission service and link back to your website in the resource box for your articles.
5.You can also comment on popular blogs like John Chow's or Joel Comm's that allow linkbacks to your URL.
6.Create a video and upload it to YouTube with your URL flashed on the screen.

As suggested from the members itself, You should use your targeted keywords in promotion of the website and also mind it that your submission should in the right category.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you are right. Backlinks play important role to boost your site. but i think most important is relevant backlinks are more beneficial for your site.
