    Plz tell me how to change a mockup into the html and css?? and provide me some online helpfull links by which i will be able to change a mockup into the html and css site.

    hey, I think mockup is of HTML and CSS only, isn't it?

    Do you mean to say how you will convert layout (PSD) to HTML and CSS?
