1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

how much experience did you have when you made your first forum?

    Absolutely none, it was a clan forum however, so didn't need much. It did however, help me understand the basics and stuff. My next forum wasn't much better though :p

    But, as time went on, I got a lot better.

    I had none with my first forum (Ultimate BB) years ago. I was open for a while but then closed. In retrospect I don't think I should have closed. Well, had I known what I was doing then I don't think I should have closed. I was just too inexperienced.

    Well i had absolute no idea how to setup a forum and even had less idea how to run one,but over 2 weeks the 1st forum has been running and i then had the option of buying another totally new Forum for Subaru owner.So i have gone from zero to 2 forums in 2 weeks.Crazy or what !!!!

    I was a member on a bunch of forums, then a moderator, and then a super mod, and then an owner. So I worked my way up literally, lol

    I knew bugger all about anything to be honest, i had only just taught myself really basic html and my pages, well..... they were much to be desired, i thought one day oh ill make a forum, went ahead and brought windows hosting...yes windows hosting , only to realise i couldnt use it lol, so linux hosting and after i had read lots and figured out what a database and myspl was i was ready to go, it was a learning curve but one that ive never looked back on.

    Well i have just started another 2 websites so that is 4 in total 3 are live and the 4th will be by monday or tuesday.
