You see, there is no one recipe (like that for baking cookies) which if followed to the letter gets you best keyword density...The idea is to use them in such a clever fashion that neither does it hinder readability or dilute the real message (as in the case of keyword stuffing), nor is it a case of under-utilization. You can get your paragraph on a paper and read it aloud to ensure that... it reads naturally where a person isn't going to be annoyed...

To say that 0.2% or 2% or 5% is the 'most appropriate' density is something laughable.

I would recommend you to enter the keywords 3 to 4 percent of the total content of the keywords.

Can do around 5% keyword density, targeting up to maybe 5 primary keywords per page. Don't try to rank everything at the same page, create custom pages with targeted content for each category of keywords. That would make ranking up far easier.

Article submissions or content submission can include at least 2-3 hyperlink texts but depends on the submission site because there are sites which did not allow to include links in the body while others only allowed to put http links instead of hyperlink text for your keyword.

I would like to suggest you to target one to two keywords in each individual page. The keywords should not be repeated in an unnatural way. They should be built naturally into the content.

I recommend to add 3-4% keywords in your website content as if you place more keywords, it will be considered as spam.

Yes, it is fine as long as you are using keywords and variations. But if you want to focus in one keyword only then 3-5% of keyword density is fine.

It depends on the keyword. Usually 3-5 pro cent is considered normal.

A keyword density of 2 to 5% would be fine for 500 words. I would recommend these guys: greatcontent.co.uk. They provide professional copywriting services and their staff are very helpful and would help you regarding keywords and keyword densities. They would provide you with the professional and unique content you need at a very reasonable price!

The exact Search Engines Recommended Keyword Density in an Article or Blog is between 2% to 3%. Use of High Ratio as Keywords in Article or Blog is also sometimes denoted as Keyword Stuffing and marked your Web Page as Spam. So try to use under Guidelines.
