How can i do?

    I hv a Dell latitude C610 with XP professional OS...sound driver is intel(r) 82801CA/CAM AC'97 Audio Controller....provided by Microsoft and manufacturer is Intel....the sound is not continuous...system hangs occasionally....i tried uninstalling & then reinstalling driver but problem persists...cud u help me??

    I think it is always best to have a dedicated sound card like I have. :biggrin:

    By the way, how old is the machine?
