1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

    Not really , you just have to learn the php that wordpress uses , either that or get someone else to do it for you , there is no easy way or tool to use that i know of

    Well, if the actual content is not that huge, simply copy-paste will work for transferring it into wordpress posts, and I think this is your case, isn't it ?
    Otherwise think of some possible automation, depends on the situation.

    I think that is not so complicated. Like SeoKungFu said, you can transfer the content to posts and you can modify a free template to adapt your existing design.

    dreamweaver is a tool to create any web page on the other hand wordpress is the content management system which is flexible that dream weaver .
    i don't understand exactly the issue here
