Now that most searches in Google that are related or describe a place or destinations usually feature some of the related Google Places of some website, does your website's one of those who enjoy the benefits of being featured at the first page search results with competitive keywords search? Do you have your online business and website listed in Google Places? Do you promotes them enough to be featured at some keyword search results in Google? Does it have enough Google reviews to make searchers be encouraged to visit it?
yes, this is the latest, perhaps an year old now in Delhi, India. upon searching for some businesses on search Google places the map results on top and that too a huge list and user having more chances to click on the map results rather than scrolling all the way down to go to the organic SEO company results. Yes it is very important to take advantage of those. the sad part is that Google places 3 paid results on top of all. organic is something what google itself is not much interested maybe to show the users.
Even if am getting 100% success in bringing sites to first page of Google within few weeks but I had not tried Google Places earlier. Just few days ago, I had signed up for Google Places & it's already approved by Google now. So am sure that I can bring my site to first page of Google Places soon. Google Places has been of great to business orgs. , since people really rely now on the internet. Its much easier to know where the place is. Although I have encountered wrong listings of place. I hope google tries to correct it.
Last time I was trying to take advantage from from Google places but fail to place my business listing over there and after that I never tried. very soon I will try once again
